Questions we hear most

How does EazyTagg work?
Guests register online or onsite on a form branded for your event. Each guest gets a QR-coded e-ticket or a printed badge, our team scans them in at the door, and you receive attendance data and a report after the event.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at GHS 10 per head (Data Collection) and go up to GHS 35 per head (Gold). See the Pricing section for what each plan includes. For a custom event we will send you a quote.
Can you take payments at registration?
Yes. At the ICT4D Conference our team took payments by cash and card while checking guests in. Tell us how your guests will pay and we will plan around it.
Do you provide badges, lanyards and equipment?
Yes. We supply name tags, badges and customised lanyards, and we rent tablets, printers and stands. You can also buy thermal printers, tablet holders and sticker rolls from us. Our team can run the registration desk for you on the day.
What happens to my data after the event?
Your registration data stays yours. Data Collection, Silver and Gold plans include lifetime data hosting, and Bronze includes three months. We also share a post-event report.
Do you work outside Accra?
Yes. Our head office is in Accra and we now have a branch in Tamale, in the Northern Region. Tell us your venue and dates and we will plan the logistics for your event.
How early should I contact you?
As early as you can. Send us your event date, venue and expected number of guests and we will confirm what we can set up, from forms and badges to the onsite team.
Can you build something custom for us?
Yes. Besides event registration we build custom software and websites, and we also offer printing, CCTV installation, and hardware and networking.
